This is our third year participating as artists in the March Arts Marathon (Jenn's third, Adam's second). We enjoy the challenge of creating most days throughout the month and often find that our practice improves with the time we put in. We are excited to see where this year takes us!
Jenn:
Most of my work consists of watercolor landscapes and figures/portraits, but sometimes I venture into other media like collage, printmaking, and even pottery. It all depends on what inspires me that day and what materials I have on hand.

Adam:
My interest and creative pursuits tend to ebb and flow. This year I am going to explore some new jewelry techniques, possibly some woodworking and maybe even a cooperative project with Jenn. My jewelry is very painterly and I love the use of juxtaposition. Polished vs matte, texture vs smooth, gold vs silver, dark vs light, simple shapes vs complex shapes. The possibilities are endless and often why I get lost in drawings instead of actually making pieces.
