For 25 years, Balanced Rock has been a heart-centered force in the greater Yosemite region, offering holistic, nature-based wellness experiences that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in the belief that connection to self, community, and the natural world is essential to our wellbeing, we've served thousands through transformative retreats, wilderness journeys, yoga classes, youth programs, and community wellness initiatives.

Every dollar you give supports real people, real healing, and real transformation. Here's what your contribution can do:

$25 – Sponsors a student in our Youth Mindfulness Class, planting seeds of resilience and self-awareness
$250 – Provides a tuition-assistance scholarship for one person to attend a life-changing course
$2,500 – Funds six months of weekly community wellness classes, open to the extended Yosemite community
$25,000+ – Supports essential staffing and infrastructure to sustain and expand our offerings across the region
