This fall, the Memory Collectors Storytelling Project: Fighting Alzheimer's Through Art, will travel to Kentucky for our 2026 Cultural Heritage Trip, and we would love your support in helping make it possible.

Our journey will take us to Paducah, Kentucky, home of the National Quilting Museum, where we’ll celebrate the artistry and storytelling traditions of quilting. We’ll also visit the historic Hotel Metropolitan, once a safe haven for Black travelers during segregation and proudly listed in The Negro Motorist Green Book. From there, we’ll travel to Louisville to visit the Muhammad Ali Museum and Roots 101 African American Museum, spaces dedicated to preserving Black history, resilience, creativity, and legacy.

This trip is more than travel.

It is healing.

It is remembering who we are and ensuring our stories are never forgotten.
