The MDE School's Day of Giving Annual Fund campaign is our most vital fundraiser of the year. This fundraiser allows us to invest in critical needs at the school that aren't covered by tuition. This year we aim to fund the purchase of additional equipment for the playground, upgrades to campus security, and general fund support.

By supporting this campaign, you play a key role in ensuring that MDE School remains financially strong and able to thrive throughout the school year. Your contributions directly impact both our students and staff by sustaining the programs that make our mission possible.

This year, we aim to raise $80,000 during our Day of Giving campaign on October 22-23, 2023. All gifts to the Annual Fund are 100% tax-deductible, as MDE School is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

MDE School specializes in providing individualized education, enrichment, and life skills training to neurodivergent children who cannot thrive in traditional settings. We offer programs for children from preschool (ages 2-4) through grade 12, as well as a vocational academy for students aged 16 and older.

MDE School serves students with varying disabilities, including, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, communication disorders, and learning differences.

MDE School was founded in 2009 by Mindy Elkan, who currently serves as the Executive Director.
