For over 50 years, Meditation Mount has held group Meditations at the time of the Full Moon in service to humanity.

Our monthly gatherings acknowledge that by pausing together during these auspicious times, we make use of an opportunity to tap into heightened energies that are available for both personal and planetary regeneration. To be clear, the moon itself is not the focus of our meditation but at the time of the full moon, the sun, moon and earth are in complete alignment whereby the light of the sun is reflected to Earth by the whole face of the moon so that maximum light reaches us from our ‘Source of Life’ – the Sun.

We are really celebrating a monthly Solar Festival. This direct and unobstructed alignment between Earth and the Sun corresponds to the clear and direct relationship we seek to achieve between the soul and personality which functions as the incarnated agent on Earth. An energetic pathway links us on Earth with that realm of enlightened consciousness made up of post-graduate humans referred to as the Masters of Wisdom or our Elder Sisters and Brothers. They reside in the Realm of the Soul and embody the energy of Love-Wisdom and are committed to watch over us as guides and mentors.

The Ageless Wisdom also tells us that at the full moon there is increased magnetic potency whereby the Planetary Life Itself is in deepest meditation and at Its place of highest contact with the Solar Life. Therefore, each month, we gather virtually to receive, register, and radiate the special qualities of a particular Solar sign and to fully utilize the available energies pouring into our planet from the twelve Constellations of the Zodiac
throughout the cycle of Earth’s orbit around the Sun.

Through Group Creative Meditation, we work with the spiritual maxim that ‘energy follows thought’ and when focused collectively and aligned with a common intention and held within a compassionate heart, we become a powerful force for good and a potent vehicle for planetary service and transformation.

What began as intimate circles in our Sanctuary has evolved into a truly global community, with participants now joining us online, creating a worldwide web of consciousness united in meditation.
