I'm running the 2024 Boston Marathon for Marissa's Mission! 

Marisa’s Mission, works to keep the spirit of their namesake, Marisa Federico, alive by alleviating the financial burdens caused by cancer to patients and families through out Massachusetts. 

I was fortunate to get to know Marisa during my internship at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority back in 2011. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to fundraise on behalf of Marisa's Mission and help promote the incredible work they do for families impacted by cancer. 

Like so many other families, my family has also been impacted by cancer. And that's why I knew I wanted to run the Boston Marathon for an organization that helps families dealing with the impact of this awful disease. Marisa's Mission is a small organization and so you can have confidence that every dollar raised will have a direct impact on helping families.

I'm hoping to crush my fundraising goal and raise more than $15,000!

Team Marisa’s Mission is proud to be apart of the 128 th Boston Marathon! We have 10 runners committed to crossing the finish line and raising funds to help patients and families dealing with the devastating diagnosis of cancer.

We provide hope, support, and the means to focus on what matters most: their health and well being as a family. Marisa’s Mission grants upwards of $10,000 per patient/family through four major programs: Home Assistance, Care, Travel/Lodging and Special Trips. We understand the turmoil caused by this disease and how it not only impacts the individual, but also extends its reach to the entire family. Since 2017, we have been fortunate enough to grant over 1 Million dollars worth of support to patients, families, and hospitals across Massachusetts.
