My Own Place, Inc. needs your help! My Own Place, Inc. is having its annual Therapeutic Wellness Event on Saturday, September 21st, 2024, at Cabin John Park Group Picnic Area 7701 Tuckerman Lane, Rockville Md. 20854. My Own Place, Inc. is a 501(c)(3), not for profit organization established in 2003. Our organization’s mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities by maximizing one's independence through advocating and providing a standard of living that is driven by choices, preferences and desires. All proceeds from this event will directly benefit individuals supported by advancing the Therapeutic and Wellness Program that serves individuals and staff in the organization.

We will be expanding our program soon transitioning youth with disabilities out of high school to assist them to enhance their skills to be productive members of society. We invite you to join us as a sponsor for this event.
