GivingTuesday, born in response to the commercialization of the holiday season, has grown into a global movement celebrated in over 70 countries. Its core objective is to inspire individuals like yourself and organizations to give back to their communities, fostering positive change in the world. This year, we are focusing on addressing the giving gap recognizing the need for increased support for our organizations.

Our Giving Tuesday campaign is dedicated to closing the gap and expanding our capacity to serve more youth. One of our primary needs is Staff Development capacity. We aim to raise funds to provide a competitive salary for our program coordinator, who is pivotal in partnering with local schools. We firmly believe that providing a competitive salary is not just about financial compensation; it's about maintaining staff integrity and stability. This stability, in turn, allows our dedicated team to provide their best efforts in the spaces where our youth grow and learn.
