The project is intended to fund building of a boardwalk over the rip rap at the clubhouse beach. It should be suitable for walking, fishing, and for temporary boat tie ups during concerts and events held there.

This is NOT a budgeted HLPOA project. The Heritage Lake Community Foundation is seeking to raise the necessary funds for this project.

The HLPOA has agreed to build it if we fund it.

Heritage Lake Community Foundation, aka HLCF, is a 501c3 corporation created to allow tax deductible donations and Grant Applications to raise funds for projects and activities that benefit our community.

The fundraising goal is set to cover the estimated cost of $7,500 with additional $2,500 in funds to support ongoing maintenance costs. Donations to this donation campaign are reserved exclusively for the purpose of this specific campaign.

The IRS classifies us as a Private Foundation. With that designation, a portion of your donation can be tax deductible. Donors will receive an end of year statement for tax reporting.

Our intent is to support the HLPOA projects in an effort to keep the community dues and fees down for the community at large.
