Our intention is to make sure our actions and programming support our beliefs. Which is why we are proud to offer sound bath experiences every 2nd Sunday!

Second Sunday Sound Bath Series | From 5:30pm - 7:00pm | through June 2025:

Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge cleansed and renewed! BMS hosts a series of monthly evening sound baths. Participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments and meditation to align your body and mind. These offerings bring a calming and mindful transition and are an ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.

This experience is reserved for ages 18+ | We have a 24-hour prior notice policy for cancellation to receive a refund.

BYOB - bring your own blankets and water bottles! We will have mats prepared for you. If you'd like to bring your own mat as well, you are welcome to!
