Each year, runners from across the country unite to take on America’s most epic relay—3,260 miles from the Pacific Ocean to the New York City skyline. Over 19 weeks, each runner conquers 160 miles in six days, passing the baton coast to coast.

The relay is more than the miles. It’s about grit, purpose, and making a difference for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

The MS Run the US Relay Team runs for those who can’t, for the MS community, and to change lives—together. Every mile raises awareness, advances research, provides vital resources, and builds communities for individuals and families living with MS.
