I'm PROUD to Run for a Cause Close to My Heart – 2026 MS Run The US
I’m incredibly proud to share that I’ve been selected as a team member for the 2026 MS Run the US Relay! I will be running Segment 8, covering 171 miles in 7 days, from Steamboat Springs to Denver, Colorado, starting May 7th and finishing by May 13th, 2026.
This opportunity means so much to me—not just as an ultra-runner, but as someone deeply connected to the cause. I was honored to be nominated by my dear friends, Kaitlyn (Morgan) & Brandon Yonke and Bill & Sue Morgan. The Morgan family is my reason why.
I'm running in honor of Bill Morgan, whose strength and resilience in the face of Multiple Sclerosis has deeply inspired me. I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact MS has on him and his family—the daily challenges, the small victories, the unwavering support system it takes to persevere. I've seen Bill push through incredible pain to stay active, even building his own bike to participate in 5Ks and 10Ks. His determination reminds me never to take my own mobility for granted.
As someone who runs 100-mile races, I cannot imagine losing the ability to move freely. That’s why I’m committed to running these 171 miles—to raise critical funds for MS research, support, and awareness.
