Montclair Story Salon is a multi-disciplinary storytelling event series hosted and produced by actress and Montclair resident Liz Samuel.

Filled with stories, songs, and art, these events feature storytellers, singer/songwriters, and an artist (painting live!) -- all in aid of non-profit organizations.

1 in 6 Support, located in Montclair, NJ, is a registered 501(c)(3) co-founded by experienced disability-advocacy and rehabilitation-counseling professionals. They support families of children with disabilities—and partner with communities and organizations to increase inclusion—through weekly parent support groups serving hundreds of caregivers, therapeutic groups for fathers, and practical workshops. They also offer social-skills programs and cooking classes for adults with disabilities, while championing disability pride and community engagement across the region. Proceeds from this event will strengthen direct family support, expand programs, and reach more local families who need timely, compassionate help.

About Mission: Kid Success www.missionkidsuccess.org

Mission: Kid Success (MKS) is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) founded in 2019 by a mom who witnessed the transformative effect of therapy on her autistic child. MKS helps kids with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences overcome academic, social, and behavioral challenges by awarding grants for essential therapies often not covered by insurance, and by connecting families to resources through community events. Since launch, MKS has provided over $100,000 in direct grants. Your support through this event puts life-changing services within reach for more local kids and their families.
