The Nevis Yacht Club has proudly evolved into the Nevis Aquatic and Sailing Center — a new chapter dedicated to expanding access to the ocean for everyone on our island.

Our mission is simple:
To make the sea a classroom, a playground, and a pathway to opportunity.

The Center now offers a full range of maritime programs that are fun, educational, and community-driven:
⛵ Youth & Adult Sailing Lessons
🏊‍♀️ Swim Classes for Beginners
🚨 Lifeguard & CPR Certification
🌿 Marine Conservation Workshops

Each program takes place in a safe and healthy environment, guided by certified instructors and local volunteers.

With your help, we can:

Provide free or low-cost lessons for children and families.
Train future sailing instructors and lifeguards from the island.
Expand our equipment and safety resources.
Inspire youth to explore marine-related careers and conservation.

This collaboration — supported by Make Them Sailors — builds on the incredible community spirit of Nevis and ensures that every young person, regardless of background, can discover the ocean’s power to teach, heal, and connect.
