This year, the Wolverine Bar Foundation invites Attorneys and Judges to support students attending law schools in Michigan and registered for the Mid-West Region of the National Black Law Student Association (MWBLSA) convention in St. Louis - February 18-22, 2026.

The Mid-West Region of the National Black Law Student Association (MWBLSA) plays a vital role in fostering community, cultivating leadership, and reinforcing the legal pipeline for law students throughout the Midwest. Representing chapters across 14 states, MWBLSA serves a diverse cohort of students who encounter varying academic, financial, and professional challenges. By offering mentorship, advocacy, and targeted programming, the organization provides essential resources that may not otherwise be accessible to these students.

MWBLSA is instrumental in ensuring that law students are supported on their educational journey both academically and professionally. For many, MWBLSA represents a place of recognition, empowerment, and personal growth. It is within this organization that students often gain their initial experience in leadership, community building, and uplifting their peers—core elements of MWBLSA’s mission for the legal profession.

The Wolverine Bar Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to charitable purposes and community outreach programs that raise money for deserving students, educational groups, and pipeline programs.
