Pastor Manoj, a philanthropist and an entrepreneur, clearly saw the urgent need to help children, women, the elderly and tribal communities. He started finding ways to help them through spiritual and social approaches.

In 2002, he founded Rays of Hope. He reached out to people in need through evangelization, church planting, and Bible school. At the same time, they created programs to address the needs of orphans, women, and elders such as food, shelter, and foster families and livelihood projects.
