In January 2027, I’ll be lacing up for the Walt Disney World Marathon for the 6th time , but this time the miles mean something even bigger. I’m running to support the Special Forces Foundation, an organization dedicated to standing beside the professionals who sacrifice so much for our country.
The Special Forces Foundation provides critical support to Green Berets and their families—whether through mental health resources, family assistance, transition support, or honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Their work ensures that the people who always show up for us never have to face their battles alone.
Running a marathon is tough, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges these warriors and their families endure. Every mile I run is a tribute to their courage, resilience, and service. Every dollar raised helps strengthen the safety net they deserve.
