Erin is a Registered Dietitian and a Yoga Teacher based in Bozeman, MT. https://www.planksandpizza.com
Her passion for helping others discover their healthiest, best life inspired her to create Planks & Pizza, a one-stop wellness shop focused on empowering others to discover a balanced lifestyle that is flexible, fun and rewarding – aka, "balance their planks with a little pizza."
Erin went to UNC-Chapel Hill graduating with a B.A. in Journalism and minor in Spanish. She received a M.S. in Nutrition from Winthrop University after working six years in marketing and realizing she wanted to take things in a different direction.
The L-CMD Research Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit raising money to translate scientific research into treatments, and ultimately a cure for rare and fatal childhood disease, L-CMD. We are currently raising $2MM for a gene therapy project at UMass Medical.
