REFUND POLICY REMINDER: We're happy to issue a refund prior to the date by which our RSVP total is due to the restaurant - the day sales end (in this case 5/7). After that, the restaurant has ordered the food and we have committed to pay for that number of meals. Thank you for understanding.

SEVERE WEATHER: In the event that we have to cancel the event for severe weather, we will reschedule it and your ticket will be good for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, we will gladly issue a refund up until the new RSVP deadline for the new date.

P.S. FUN ALERT!!! Mark your calendar for VegFest on Saturday 8/8 from 11-6pm at Reeves Park in Phoenixville. (Rain date 8/9 - rain or shine!) Free admission, live music and DJ, 100ish vendors including tons of great food, merchandise, a beer garden, and a kids area with a free bounce house & other activities. Well-behaved, friendly pups welcome, but they must be leashed and must have no leash aggression. Join us! It'll be a blast!
