On Christmas Day, 14-year-old Ja'Mere was taken from his family by senseless gun violence. Out of that grief, his mother, LaRicha, built something to honor him: first as The King Ja'Mere M. Alfred Foundation, now as Mere's World Foundation.

Today, Mere's World stands beside survivors of gun violence - offering grief support, trauma-informed care, mentorship, and community outreach to help families heal and communities grow stronger.

But our mission needs a foundation of its own. Right now, we raise funds event by event, which limits how quickly and consistently we can show up for families in crisis. The Mere's World Legacy Fund changes that - building the operating cushion we need to sustain our work and fairly compensate the team carrying it forward.

Your gift helps us:

Build a stable operating reserve
Support fair pay for our staff
Serve more families, for years to come

Help us raise Mere's World's Legacy Fund - and give his legacy the roots it needs to grow.
