The Global Compromise Collective is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that was founded in January 2023 by two teenagers. GCC utilizes diplomatic strategy to encourage compromise and civil discourse on the domestic and international levels through exploring diplomacy, educating youth around the world about the foundations of cultures different from their own, and practicing compromise in real-life scenarios in order to promote civility and oppose growing hostility among people with different national, cultural, and/or political identities.

Ours is an all-volunteer organization. None of our 30-member teenaged team, that spans four continents, are paid for their work.

In the six months since our launch, we have run two cycles of our high school fellowship program, created and demonstrated two lessons of our middle school curriculum, and begun developing our newest initiative, the Community Outreach Program.
