Helping Families Know They Are Not Alone

At Moms Helping Hands of Southwest Virginia, we believe no family should have to face hardship alone.

What began as a simple desire to help families in our community has grown into a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing support, resources, and hope to families facing difficult circumstances. Whether it's a parent struggling to put food on the table, a family experiencing an unexpected crisis, or children who might otherwise go without during the holidays, we are committed to stepping in when help is needed most.

In our first year alone, we provided Thanksgiving meals to 9 families, Christmas assistance to 23 families, and support to 57 children throughout Southwest Virginia. We have also helped connect families with resources, provided emergency assistance, and worked alongside community partners to ensure families have access to the support they need.

Today, Moms Helping Hands of Southwest Virginia is proud to be an officially recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, allowing us to expand our reach and serve even more families in need.
