Mass Insight is transforming education - helping to build equity and excellence in schools across the country so that all students, and particularly underserved students, can achieve their academic and personal potential.

In July 2024, Dr. Susan Lusi will step down as President & CEO, having led the organization through the founding CEO transition, disruption of COVID, remarkable diversification of our staff and Board, and significant growth. The visionary and experienced Andrea Wolfe will take the helm. With Andrea’s appointment as incoming President & CEO, Mass Insight is now led by an all women Executive Team, along with Margery Piercey (CFO/COO), Michelle Mercado (Chief Program Officer) and Dr. Leslie Chang (Chief People Officer). Women in leadership now define the make-up of Mi’s Executive Team and the majority of Mi’s Board with Alia McCants of Peloton in the role of Board Vice Chair.

So, we have chosen to define this campaign in honor of Mass Insight’s current and past women leaders. Please honor Mi’s incredible women leaders by closing our June 30, 2024 fiscal year fundraising gap through this campaign, and help us accelerate the advancement of equity and excellence in public K-12 education.
