The Milestone Tree is a cherished holiday tradition at Burgess Health Center, celebrating the spirit of giving and remembrance. Personalized brass ornaments are placed on a stunning nine-foot Balsam Fir Christmas Tree to honor loved ones remembered or celebrated through memorials and honorariums made to the Burgess Foundation over the past year. Each ornament serves as a heartfelt tribute to those who have touched our lives.

In December, a bronze personalized ornament will be placed on the Milestone Tree in the front lobby of Burgess Health Center. The annual tree lighting ceremony will be held on the first Wednesday of December at 6 p.m. Refreshments will be served following the ceremony, and we invite you to share in this meaningful occasion.

To ensure that your personalized ornament is placed on the tree this year, donations must be received by November 29, 2024.

The Guardian Angel Tree also shines brightly, recognizing Burgess staff members and volunteers who have been honored through the Guardian Angel program for their exceptional service throughout the year.

Commemorative gifts to the foundation also mark important milestones such as births, graduations, anniversaries, and holidays. Every contribution plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of care provided at Burgess Health Center, ensuring that we continue to offer the best possible services to our community.
