Story
The Foundation is hosting its annual gala on Wednesday, May 10 at 6:00 pm with an event to celebrate 30 years of enriching student education at GRPS. Get set for an evening to relive your own prom experience as we transform a GRPS gymnasium into a night of glamour, glitz, and goodwill. The night will include a dinner, drinks, awards celebration, and dancing. Wear your best prom dress or suit for extra credit!
We will honor our history as an organization and its 30 years of achievements, followed by recognizing our community partner of the year, alumnus, and teachers of the year. We will share what you, as critical community members and supporters, can do to ensure the success of every student for the next 30 years!
Tickets are $125 each or $1,250 for a reserved table of 8.
The Grand Rapids Public Schools Foundation exists solely to raise funds to provide the essential resources the students of GRPS need to learn, develop, and thrive. We do this by cultivating community resources to enrich educational experiences and remove barriers so every student has an opportunity for growth. We are determined to inspire and support all students to pursue their dreams and shape the community's future.
Our Pillars of Funding include: Arts Education, Environmental Education, Literacy, Math Science & Technology and Physical Wellness.
