Open Conversation about the Plantation Educational system in Omaha. Miseducation of the so-called Negro

For many years, the Omaha Plantation schools have offered inferior education, as indicated by the high unemployment and pacification of students who are African Americans. The course selection illustrates a duality of education; the students are often subjected to miseducation, and people who are so-called educators have not engaged the community in improving quality education.

Poverty does have an impact on African Americans’ education, and this forum, conversation, and dialogue seek authentic community engagement instead of the rubber stamps by carpetbagger educators, witches who are in education for the money, or who are friends of the system. Moreover, those opportunists who will not speak about the pushouts and racism in the educational system, from prekindergarten to post-secondary institutions, illustrate apartheid education in Omaha.

The research departments do not offer quality data that illustrates segregated classes, and many of the students do not attend classes because Eurocentric oppressive education does not help improve the lot for many African American students with quality education, as indicated by their test scores and grade point averages.

The Nebraska Department of Education Leadership is part of this conspiracy to keep African Americans in Nebraska in a second-class education by their historical lack of engagement for community members. We have rarely seen those functionaries in our community engaging with credible messengers and grasstop parents. Moreover, there have been few African Americans from Nebraska working in that racist department.

This event is an open forum and opportunity for parents and community advocates to share their experiences regarding the miseducation of African Americans in Nebraska.
