Support Our Veterans: Help Us Support Those Who Served

Right now, we are providing food, hygiene items, and cleaning supplies to 35 veterans per month in our community. These are men and women who served our country, and while 35 is our current number, we never turn away a veteran in need. If a veteran needs essentials, they can still come to us for help. Our pantry is stocked, but we need your support to ensure it stays that way.

It costs just $80 a month to provide for one veteran. For many, this is their lifeline. Some are homeless, others care for children, and they rely on our services to make it through each month.

We’re not asking for food donations. Our space is small, and we don’t have room to store extra items. Instead, we place carefully planned orders every month for exactly what’s needed: fresh produce, meats, and non-perishables. The only way we can continue to do this is with your financial support.

Our Goal: $30,000

This amount will feed 30 veterans every month for a year.

Here’s how you can make an impact:

$20/month feeds one veteran for a week.
$80/month supports one veteran for an entire month.

Mission:

Robin's Home is dedicated to empowering veterans and their families to build stable, independent lives through comprehensive support and resources. Located in Butler, PA and serve veterans in Western Pennsylvania.

Robin's Home provides comprehensive support to veterans and their families through a range of impactful programs. We offer transitional housing for homeless women veterans and their children, a Certified Peer Specialist program, and the Veterans HEART Resource Center, which includes a computer lab, food pantry, free hygiene items, clothing, and cleaning supplies. Veterans can access transportation for employment, medical appointments, and VA Compensation and Pension exams, as well as financial assistance for internet installation. Additional resources include weekly women’s support and recovery groups and a monthly budgeting class. Robin’s Home is dedicated to empowering veterans and their families to achieve stability and success.

Robin's Story:

Robin’s Home is named after a woman veteran who served in the Army and was deployed in support of Desert Storm. After discharge, Robin had been receiving treatment for sexual trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder when she also required surgery for medical condition. Unfortunately, due to complications from the surgery, Robin passed away January 27, 2017. In her honor, Robin’s Home provides supportive housing to women veterans and their children in need.
