Signed Parental Permission Slips are required to participate. Within a day or two of registering, you will receive an email from SiPlacerville@gmail.com with these forms. Please look for this email with these required forms. You must bring these signed documents with you on April 12th and present them at the Door. We will provide breakfast, a snack and lunch. If you have food allergies/sensitivities, please notify us 1 week in advance.
