SINCE AUGUST 2022 there has been a FLOW OF LIFE through TCI to the Karamoja region of Uganda. In response to the ravaging ongoing drought, our team in Uganda has been bringing the love of Jesus, emergency food relief, medical help, friendship, and training to about 5000 villagers in a total of five villages. The generosity of donors has brought real life—physical, emotional, and spiritual - and hope has been restored. With no harvest for four years, thousands would have died without TCIs food relief.

Because of this flow

Hundreds of people have learned gardening skills and gardens are growing—providing food and income for the villagers.
Other NGO's are noticing the success of our work in Karamoja — Just recently, World Food Program fieldworkers unexpectedly visited one village and were amazed at the transformation—lush gardens instead of barrenness surrounded the borehole! They wanted to know how we are accomplishing this!
People are hearing about Jesus and experiencing a new kind of life and hope.
Children who had never had the chance to be in school are getting an education.

We are encouraged for Karamoja. But the hard truth is: Karamoja is still without a consistent food source. Although there was a harvest in this 2025 season, it was meager and malnutrition and hunger are still daily threats especially for the grandmothers looking after many grandchildren and orphans.

For $19,000/month, we’ve been able to halt starvation deaths in five villages (about 5,000 people) since 2022. This has only been possible because of your generosity—and God’s provision. Some of you have already given outrageously. Some have prayed. Some have given small amounts with great faithfulness. Together, we’ve gone so far.
