SoulCollage® is a creative practice that is available to anyone who can wield a pair of scissors with an open mind. Learn this simple yet intuitive collage practice as an instrument of connection with the strengths of your intricate psyche, your Higher Self, your beloved community and animal companions. In a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, participants will make their own SoulCollage® card and learn in small groups how to hear and nurture the wisdom of your creations using the “I Am One Who” exercise.

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS: Adrienne Cress and Autumn Gale’s collaboration and friendship was born and deepened through the magic of SoulCollage®. Adrienne Cress, LCMHC, REAT is an expressive arts therapist in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. For at least a dozen years she has provided therapy in her private psychotherapy practice and for just as long has led creative arts groups for healing, personal wellness and education. Autumn Gale is a devoted group facilitator with a strong belief in the healing power of art. She has an enthusiasm for this method and is thrilled to debut as a SoulCollage® faciliator!
