As we begin our tenth year amidst an ongoing pandemic, it is still more important than ever to fulfill our mission of providing opportunities for connection and joy to people living with dementia and their care partners through interactions around arts and culture. As we look toward what the future holds, let’s reflect on how far we’ve come. With your help we can see 10 more years of building community for people living with dementia and their care partners, 10 more years of connection, and 10 more years of joy. We invite you to come together with us for a night of music that celebrates 10 years of ARTZ Philadelphia and all the bonds those years represent.

MUSIC FRONT AND CENTER at ARTZ Philly...

During 2022, we continued connecting people living with dementia and their care partners through music. ARTZ Notes provided a chance to enjoy music from the comfort of one’s own home, while Music in the Neighborhood brought both in-person and live-streamed concerts music to local Philadelphia neighborhoods. Whether connecting with neighbors or friends from across the country, music serves as a powerful catalyst for creating community, stimulating creativity, and inspiring joy. As we share that same joy together during this fundraiser, singing, dancing and sharing virtual space with each other, we will be asking for your help to make possible another year of music at ARTZ Philadelphia... and so much more.

So please join us on December 3rd for our third annual ’Music in the Key of…” fundraiser! This year it’s not only about connecting with each other, but also about celebrating together the tenth year of ARTZ Philadelphia! They will be playing original music and covers in a broad spectrum of styles ranging from contemporary jazz, to Brazilian percussion, 'modern fingerstyle' acoustic guitar and much more!

Music is a universal language that has incredible power to bring people together across all sorts of barriers. Help us break down the barriers that so many of those living with dementia and caring for their loved ones experience by joining us for this very special fundraiser.
