Rooted in the wisdom of the season, this sacred healing journey supports lung health, strengthens the immune system, and gently helps release the emotional weight we carry. In Chinese medicine, the lungs are the organs of grief and inspiration—when we nurture them, we create space to heal sadness and depression, and to breathe in clarity, courage, and joy.

5:00 PM – Grounding welcome and gentle intention-setting ritual to open the heart and mind
5:10 PM – Moving Meditation Qigong Flow accompanied by a live Sound Bath, designed to nourish the lungs, move stagnant energy, and release heavy emotions
6:10 PM – Rest in stillness as you're held by the healing tones of sound, allowing the Qi to settle and the nervous system to reset
6:30–7:00 PM – Gather for a soothing tea reception with light snacks, closing in community with heartfelt connection
