The Social Health Clinic at the Jackson Free Clinic was started in order to address patients' social determinants of health. These include, but are not limited, to housing, financial needs, transportation, employment, and hygiene. Currently and indefinitely, Jackson and the surrounding communities are in crisis. Households and businesses, including the JFC, do not have access to clean or safe water for drinking or hygiene.
