Undeterred, 100state's founding pillar Joseph Sweeny Dahari reassumed leadership in 2021, instilling stability and charting a new path focused on sustainability.

In 2023, the baton passed to JJ Pagac and his wife Kelly, devoted members of the 100state family. Under their stewardship, the community has undergone a remarkable renaissance. Through dynamic marketing strategies, they have reengaged with the local community and fostered new partnerships. Their enriching entrepreneurial programming, mentorship initiatives, and offerings like 100elevate's holistic wellness programs and 100arts' bi-annual gallery showcases have reinvigorated 100state. As a result, the organization has experienced a significant surge in membership, including dedicated outreach to student entrepreneurs.
