Meaningful employment changes lives.

For many individuals with disabilities, meaningful work provides more than a paycheck. It fosters confidence, strengthens independence, creates a sense of belonging, and opens doors to greater personal and financial well-being. Access to employment can transform lives while enriching the communities where we live and work.

At Lanakila Pacific, we believe everyone deserves the chance to contribute their talents and pursue their goals. Through Employment Services, participants explore career pathways, develop workplace readiness, gain practical experience, and receive individualized guidance as they prepare for the future they envision for themselves.

During National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we celebrate the achievements and contributions of people with disabilities while reaffirming the importance of workplaces where everyone is valued and has the opportunity to succeed. Gifts to this campaign support Lanakila Pacific's mission and the services that help individuals build brighter futures, strengthen self-sufficiency, and participate more fully in community life.

The generosity of donors like you helps create pathways to growth, achievement, and inclusion. Together, we can expand access to opportunities, remove barriers, and empower more individuals to reach their full potential.

Make a gift today and help connect people to purpose, possibility, and a future filled with opportunity.
