“Show Way" is about an 11-year-old girl named Toshi Georgiana who has an important school project due, in which she must present a family heirloom and explain its history and significance. The problem is that Toshi loses the beloved family heirloom just days before the project is due. As she searches for it, she is led by generations of women who came before her, from slaves who secretly sewed quilts to SHOW the WAY to freedom to civil rights marchers. Along the way, when Toshi loses hope of ever finding the heirloom, her friends offer to let her borrow their family heirlooms for the project. The play features a multicultural cast of actors and teaches that we all have the strength of our ancestors and friends to draw on to get us through difficult times.

When three neighborhood kids discover a talking fish in their local river, they are thrust into a high-stakes battle against corporate pollution. Teaming up with a bird, a squirrel, and a wise ancient tree named Oldenwyzer, the trio must outsmart greedy executives to save their community’s water and air. Through a fanciful blend of humor and six high-energy songs, this musical explores the power of youth activism. It reminds us all that standing up for what we believe in can start a “change reaction,” proving that no action is too small to make a world of difference.
