With great sadness, we shared the passing in February 2022 of pre-kindergarten aide Nancy Garceau from complications of a brain aneurysm. Nancy came to Saint Chris eight years earlier after a successful 45-year career with Sanders Associates/Lockheed Martin/BAE Systems where she retired as Executive Secretary to the company president. She started at Saint Chris as a volunteer in the pre-kindergarten classrooms, quickly became a valuable and well-loved member of our school community, and soon joined the staff as a pre-k aide. Nancy was a vibrant presence in our school and always went above and beyond to support the students and staff of Saint Chris. She was often the first person to volunteer for open duties at the school and was a friend to all. Nancy is very truly missed.

The family has established this scholarship fund at Saint Christopher Academy for the benefit of underprivileged students through tuition assistance. The family has asked those who wish to honor Nancy to contribute to that fund.
