One week prior to the presentation, we will email you a google form from "grants@jbcfund.org". Please check your spam folder. - Please note: The panel can answer general questions related to PANS/PANDAS, they cannot answer child-specific questions. - Food provided by Locales Tacos y Tequila - Refreshments are available for purchase via the movie theatre concession stand.
