The recent government shutdown and the sudden pause on SNAP benefits have left many families in our community facing an impossible choice this Thanksgiving. At The Pryor Family Foundation, our mission is "No Child Left Behind," and that includes ensuring no child's family has to worry about where their holiday meal will come from.

Thanks to our partners, Children of America, Novick Foods, and Christ Panos, we are distributing 500 $40 ButterBall turkey vouchers to families impacted by the SNAP benefits pause.

Our partner, Novick Foods, has generously funded the first 500 turkey vouchers. But we know the need is greater.

We are launching the "Double the Dinners Challenge" with our 60 partner schools. Our goal is to raise an additional $20,000 to fund 500 more vouchers for families on our waitlist.

Every $40 you give provides a Thanksgiving meal to a local family in need.

Who Qualifies?

You have a child enrolled in Children of America.
You are enrolled in SNAP and have been affected by the recent benefits pause.

How It Works:

Click the "Apply Now" link.
Fill out the simple, confidential form (it only takes 2 minutes).
You will need to show proof of SNAP enrollment and tell us which school your child attends.
Vouchers are first-come, first-serve.
If approved, you will be mailed a $40 voucher immediately.

No Turkey Left Behind: Campaign Terms & Conditions

Organization: The "No Turkey Left Behind" Campaign (the "Campaign") is operated by The Pryor Family Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Donations & Fundraising:

Tax-Deductibility: 100% of your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.
Use of Funds: All donations will be given directly toward the "No Turkey Left Behind" Campaign to fund $40 turkey vouchers for families in need. Should the funds raised exceed the immediate needs of this Campaign, any surplus will be directed to The Pryor Family Foundation's general fund to support our "No Child Left Behind" mission.
Fundraising Deadline: The fundraising period for this Campaign ends at 11:59 PM on November 21, 2025.

Voucher Application & Distribution:

Application Deadline: The application period for voucher assistance closes at 11:59 PM on November 20, 2025, to ensure all families can receive their voucher prior to Thanksgiving.
Application Process: Applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee a voucher, as vouchers are limited to available funds.
Eligibility: Applicants must meet all stated eligibility criteria, including being an active Children of America (COA) family at a partner school and providing valid proof of SNAP/EBT benefits. Eligible COA employees and COA employee families may not exceed 25% of total voucher allocation, subject to review.
Voucher Details: Approved applicants will receive one (1) $40 ButterBall turkey voucher per family. Vouchers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
