Right now, things are extremely hard in Ukraine. The war continues to devastate our country, and russia’s targeted strikes on critical infrastructure have driven energy systems to collapse during one of the coldest winters in years. In many regions, temperatures have fallen well below freezing with reports of conditions approaching -20 °C and below, while power outages leave civilians and defenders struggling to stay warm and alive.

We could no longer stand by and watch.

Northern Shield Convoy is a direct, efficient, and field-focused effort to deliver medical, humanitarian, and military aid to where it’s needed most quickly and without delay.
This campaign is led by Swe_Medic, a Swedish non-profit working directly with Ukrainian military partners, together with April Huggett (Defacto Humanity) an AFU senior soldier committed to frontline logistics and support.

What We Are Doing

💛 Medical Aid:  Supplies delivered to military hospitals across Ukraine to save lives and support urgent care.
💙 Humanitarian Aid:  Relief for civilians in hardest-hit regions like Kramatorsk and Izium.
💪 Military Aid:  Critical support to the 93rd Brigade, Alcatraz Battalion, the largest battalion in the 93rd, helping to protect Donetsk Oblast and frontline defense.

Why This Works: Efficiency & Impact

Each fully loaded semi-truck costs $5800usd and will deliver aid directly to an undisclosed location near the frontline not to warehouses that sit idle. Because Swe_Medic works directly with Ukrainian Armed Forces, distribution is fast, simple, and lifesaving, literally a call to a unit, and they come pick up what they need. There are no long storage delays. We get help where it matters, when it matters.
We will provide constant video and photo updates so you can see exactly what your donations are doing in real time on the ground.

Our NEW Goal

🎯 $11,400 usd to fund a mixed aid semi truck today and get it on the road as fast as possible.

🚨🚚 If donors are generous and we can fund a second semi truck we can divide our aid filling one with hospital supplies and one with military aid saving hundreds of lives and strengthening the frontline in Donetsk Oblast.

Once two trucks are funded:

A full medical aid truck can be delivered, with SweMedic directly participating in distribution of the incredible medical and surgical supplies donated by the people of Sweden.
That success then frees space for a second specialized delivery focused on frontline military needs.
Any donations above and beyond the cost of two semi trucks will be used to purchase critical equipment such as generators, power stations, drones and more to support members of the 93rd Brigade.

This is collective action that makes a real impact in Ukraine; in real time. The faster we work together to raise funds for one semi truck (or two) the faster lives will be saved and help delivered where it’s needed most.
