Join us for our November Harvest to Table event at the 4Roots Farm: a hands-on culinary and educational experience led by Chef Hari Pulapaka, a 4-time James Beard Best Chef finalist and Director of Culinary Education at the Culinary Health Institute and Dr. Monica Aggarwal, board certified cardiologist, author, and Chief Medical Officer for the Culinary Health Institute at 4Roots Farm.

This intimate gathering will welcome participants for a meaningful evening exploring the nutritional, agricultural, and culinary impact of plant-forward cooking. Guests will enjoy seasonal produce from the 4Roots farm and local farm communities, followed by a guided plant-based cooking session, and conversation around the power of food as medicine.

The Experience

The evening begins with a guided farm tour, providing a deeper understanding of seasonal produce and its culinary and health applications.

After the tour, enjoy a live cooking demonstration and plating inspiration of the entrée by Chef Hari while engaging in nutrition insights from Dr. Aggarwal. Guests will prepare their entrée, receive a plated salad, and indulge in a chef-prepared flavorful dessert creation.
