Hi everyone,

Happy New Year and I hope you are well! If you don't know already, I spent January in Bantayan Island, Cebu Philippines that started with a one week strategic visioning retreat with the philippines-based staff of my business, I Am Me Mentors. Simone and I spent the month here since the flight was so long and we developed a strong bond with our host family that reminds us so much of Dreams for a Re-Imagined Family, as they also house and guardian teens with the funds from their rental business. I started an open water swim lesson and training group 7 days/week for teens, lifeguards and coastguard and now we are finishing off our month with making our host Sheryl's dream come true of a beach cleanup food distribution for our neighborhood, Ocoy, on Bantayan Island, Cebu, Philippines this Friday before we depart. We are fundraising $750 over the next 3 days to provide a food pack to 150 families in the neighborhood who live with food insecurity, rewarding the participating teens for their leadership. Our goal is to provide food packs to 150 families, the approximate population of the Ocoy neighborhood where we reside. Every $5 will cover a 1-week family food pack:

2 kilos rice
2 packs of noodles
2 cans of sardines or any canned good
