This year we are fundraising to purchase a siwm platform for our Special Swimmers Program!

The Finis Swim Platform is essential to help those with mobility impairments and insecurity in the water. It will also double as a traveling horse platform when we participate in community events.

Participant Agreement

Release of Liability

By entering the event, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with visiting Opportune Acres/Whalen Ranch, including but not limited to: uneven terrain, weather conditions, haunted attractions, animal interaction, and typical farm-related structures and equipment. I waive all claims for injury or property damage against Opportune Acres/Whalen Ranch, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates, arising from participation before, during, or after my visit.

Nebraska Agritourism Law (LB329)

Under Nebraska law, property owners are not liable for injury or death resulting from the inherent risks of agritourism activities. By entering the premises, I assume all associated risks.

Photo/Video Release

By entering the event, I hereby grant full permission to use my name and likeness, as well as any photographs, videos, and any record of this event in which I may appear, for any legitimate purpose, including advertising and promotion.

Waiver

By entering the event, I agree to abide by the precautions and safety instructions put into place by Opportune Acres. I understand that risks of visiting a haunted attraction include, but are not limited to:

-- Bumping into, colliding, or otherwise making contact with objects or persons. -- Tripping, falling, stumbling, etc.

-- Being struck by falling objects.

-- Vision impairment due to fog machine, dry ice, etc.

-- Experiencing anxiety, stress, claustrophobia, extreme fright, fear of the dark, nightmares, or other heightened emotions.

By purchasing tickets, I confirm that I understand and accept these terms and have communicated this information to all guests for whom I am purchasing tickets.
