LiveWell Camas began with a simple belief: when people feel supported, seen, and connected, they thrive. What started as a small yoga and movement space has grown into a vibrant, community-powered nonprofit dedicated to nurturing the well-being of every person who walks through our doors.

We are not just a studio.
We are a refuge.
We are a gathering place.
We are a catalyst for healing, growth, and joy.

Every day, LiveWell creates opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities to feel stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our mission is to make wellness accessible, inclusive, and truly rooted in community care. And our vision is bold: a Camas where everyone feels welcome, supported, and empowered to live well.

Our Programs Grow With Our People

From toddlers taking their first wobbly yoga breaths to older adults rebuilding strength and confidence, LiveWell designs programming for the whole community.

🌱 Little Warriors Yoga School teaches kids emotional regulation, resilience, connection, and confidence through movement, yoga, and play.

🌿 Youth and Teen Programming cultivates leadership, belonging, and creativity—through our Youth Council, community service opportunities, movement classes, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive spaces.

🍎 EatWell Camas helps local families access nourishing food, and education around stewardship of the land, cooking, gardening, and mindful eating.

🌈 Camas Pride began right here at LiveWell—creating visibility, safety, and joyful celebration for our LGBTQIA+ community.

🪴 Camps, Workshops & Community Events connect families through movement, nature, creativity, crafting, and shared experiences—from farm camps to makers markets to yoga in the park.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Movement Classes offer everything from high-intensity fun to restorative breath and stillness. Our teachers guide with heart, presence, and expertise, helping people build strength, heal, and come home to themselves.

Every program has one thing in common:
They are designed to help people feel better—in their bodies, their hearts, and their lives.

Why We Need Community Support

LiveWell Camas is a nonprofit, and much of what we offer is fueled by generosity—of volunteers, teachers, community partners, and donors who believe in our mission.
