The Rainbow Awards Gayla was established to recognize local and state leaders, change-makers, activists and community groups and organizations who are working to make a difference.

Red // Life - Those who are committed to the preservation and protection of life.
Orange // Healing - Those who play a vital role in helping our community and its members heal, grow, and thrive.
Yellow // Sunlight-Visibility - Those who bring the much-needed gift and hope of sunlight to our community.
Green // Nature, Environmentalism, Conservation. Those dedicated to leaving a lasting impact in the realm of nature, environmentalism, and/or conservation.
Turquoise // Magic, Art, Drag, Creatives - Those committed to making magic happen for our community via their incredible art and creativity.
Indigo // Serenity - Those who bring the peace and calmness of serenity to the fight for our community.
Violet // Spirit - Those who embody the resilient spirit of our community. They inspire others through their authenticity, strength, and the powerful way they uplift our community
