It’s Time to Build Our Masjid
The Fortunate 500 Initiative

For years, our community has grown steadily in Brentwood.

What began as a small gathering has become a thriving and expanding Muslim community. Alhamdulillah, our numbers have multiplied many times over since 2010.

Today, we are praying outside.

In the rain.
In the winter cold.
In the summer heat.

Families stand outdoors because there is no more space inside. Elders pray in harsh weather. Jumu’ah overflows into parking areas. Our children grow up without adequate room for learning, identity development, and community programs.

This is long overdue.

We need a permanent home.

A Masjid for Generations

We are launching The Fortunate 500 Capital Campaign to build a permanent masjid and community center that will serve Brentwood for the next 50 years and beyond.

This project will include:

• A spacious, climate-controlled prayer hall
• Proper wudu facilities
• Classrooms for Islamic education
• Dedicated youth and family spaces
• Adequate parking
• A dignified Islamic presence in our city

This masjid will be where:

• Children memorize Qur’an
• Youth build identity and confidence
• Families gather in Ramadan
• Eid prayers unite the community
• Janazah services are held with dignity
• Future generations anchor their faith

The Fortunate 500

We are seeking 500 committed beautiful souls to step forward as founding supporters.

Each commitment:

$6,000 in 2026
$6,000 in 2027

That averages to $500 per month.

If 500 community members rise to this responsibility, we create immediate and unstoppable momentum.

Plans move forward.
Permits move forward.
Construction accelerates.
