The Old Towne Orange home tour is back and you won't want to miss it! This self-guided walking tour, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., will begin at the Orange Main Library located at 407 E. Chapman Avenue. Once there, you will pick up your brochure (your ticket). Limited lot parking at the library. A public parking structure is also located 3 blocks west on Lemon near Chapman, or across Chapman Avenue behind City Hall. Will Call (at the library) is open on tour days from 9:30am to 3pm. ADVANCE TICKET PURCHASE $35 – OTPA Members $40 – Non-members (Memberships can be purchased at OTPA.org/otpamemberships ) TICKET PURCHASE DAY OF TOUR $45 for both members and non-members if purchased on tour days (Sept 27-28) Tickets may be purchased online up to Friday, September 26, 7pm. After that, tickets may only be purchased at Will Call on tour days. TICKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED OUT IN ADVANCE. Your name will be placed on our Will Call list. Guests must check in at the Will Call Center located in the Orange Public Library, 407 E. Chapman Avenue. There, you will receive a home tour brochure. This brochure is your ticket. The location of each home is printed on the booklet. Tickets are good for both days. You may tour the homes anytime during tour hours. Your tickets will be marked as you enter each home, but please bear in mind you may enter each home only once. TOUR HOURS Homes/commercial buildings will be open from 10am to 4pm. Will Call will be open from 9:30am to 3pm. Typically, you can plan to spend two to three hours seeing all the homes. PARKING Mostly street parking. However, there is a public parking structure located just off W. Chapman (west of the Plaza) and on Lemon Street. RESTROOMS Restrooms are available at Will Call @ the Orange Public Library, 407 E. Chapman Avenue. IMPORTANT TOUR INFORMATION To receive your home tour brochure, which is your ticket, go to Will Call, located at the Orange Main Library, 407 E. Chapman Avenue. The brochure includes a map and history of all tour homes. • Visitors must wear soft-heeled shoes to protect flooring in the homes, no high heels. Booties are provided and must be worn over shoes or socks, if homeowners requests such. • Visitors must be able to negotiate stairs. Sorry, these are old homes and as such, are not handicapped-accessible. • No smoking, photography, video, food or drinks are permitted in the tour homes or buildings. • Admission is by brochure only. Lost or stolen tickets will be not be refunded, no exceptions. • Guests may walk or drive themselves to each home. Mostly street parking.
