In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn and practice with:

The ability to navigate conflict, champion collaboration, and lead change is both essential and challenging for new and seasoned leaders alike. In this workshop, participants will:

· Explore their approach to conflict and learn skills for navigating it effectively

· Gain tools for effective decision making and collaborating across differences

· Learn strategies for leading change and navigating resistance

Participants will leave with practical tools to apply with their teams as well as a greater awareness of their own individual strengths and growth opportunities. Come join us for a day of learning!

About Andy:

Andy (owner at Lead Forward Co) has worked with executives, managers, and professionals for nearly a decade as a coach and leadership development consultant. Prior to this, he worked in behavioral health, and then in private practice as a licensed family therapist. With a deep understanding of human systems and how people work together, Andy helps leaders, teams, and organizations as they grow, face challenges, and navigate change.
