We're excited to continue our new monthly listening party where local artists get a chance to share new material and go "behind the music" in conversation with a BFF.fm DJ, all within the cozy, magical confines of the BFF.fm studios.

For our second listening party, we're featuring California indie-rock songwriter Jake Mann (Upper Hand, Islay Banks), whose album Outta Mind A While features an often-cinematic quality, as he takes you on a trip across the threshold of psychedelia, through dusted Valley roadhouses, and on to some foggy surfside scenes. Friend of the artist and BFF.fm DJ Swirving (of audiosyncrasies) will be asking all the softball questions about the recording and song-making process, but you the audience will have the opportunity to ask other questions too!
