Dear Registered Attendee:

Thank you again for committing to attending and being a part of something big. We’re looking forward to seeing you this Thursday, October 16, for the Inspiring Hope Conference! A great deal of effort has gone into bringing these important speakers together in one space, just for you. We know there is something here for everyone, and we can’t wait to share this day with you.

Here are some key bits of information that you will find helpful to maneuver through your day:

Location:
Rollins Center at Royal Prime Events, Bally’s Dover,
1131 N. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE

The entrance is to the right of the Bally’s Casino/Hotel entrance.
Parking is best on the right side of the fork when entering from DuPont Highway.

Date and Time:
Thursday, October 16th. Registration opens at 8:30 AM in the Ballroom Foyer, and a light continental breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9 AM. The program begins promptly at 9 AM. The program can be found at https://namidelaware.org/ihconference25 for your planning purposes, allowing you to select the sessions you would like to attend. A printed copy will be provided at the registration desk.

The day is filled to the brim with wisdom, resources, and other useful content. Be sure to bring a notebook and pen/s if you like to take notes! Business cards are also helpful if you’d like to network with other attendees and the exhibitors.

If you are attending for NASW-DE CEU credits, please check in at the Attendee Registration Table to sign in and pick up your CEU packet. To be eligible to receive your credits, you will need to sign in and out for the day and complete your evaluation form before leaving. If either of these steps is missed, we will not be able to assist you in remedying this after the conference.

Some other last-minute things to keep in mind:
• The meeting room temperatures can vary, so dressing in layers is a good idea.
• If you have any items required to ensure your comfort or health, please remember to bring them.
• A light continental breakfast and a full buffet lunch are included in your ticket price.
• Volunteers are available throughout the day if you need any assistance or a moment to regroup.
• Be sure to visit the exhibitor tables and connect with our community partners.
• If you post on social media, use #InspiringHopeDE and tag @NAMIDelaware to help spread the word.
